Steve went above and beyond in listing our home for us and finding the right buyer.  Right from the start, he gave 100%.  He did extensive research of the properties in the area to come up with a fair and competitive price for our home.  Our listing was awesome.  With the beautiful pics he took and the descriptions he used for each room, it was obvious that he knew exactly what to do entice buyers to look at our home.  We had many, many showings, and two awesome open houses.  He obviously knows what it takes to sell a property!  Steve was there whenever we needed him, any time of day or night.  He was trustworthy, patient, very knowledgeable and accommodating.  He made the process relatively easy and even though there were some bumps in the road, he was very reassuring and supportive, never losing sight that our beautiful, old Victorian home would sell to the right buyer.  I recommend him highly without reservation!
